While on holidays near Bredene the battery and charger of my laptop ceased to work. Geoffroy responded very quickly to my enquiry about a possible repair and we arranged an appointment at the next day where he took a look at my laptop. After that Geoffrey ordered the parts needed for the repair. On the arrival of the replacement parts he conducted the repair within one day.
