Excellent service! Few months ago I bought a Asus laptop for a great price, after some weeks the screen ended up defective with a sea of red pixels, contacted SHS and the laptop was immediately sent in for repairs, took a while but got my laptop back with a brand new screen, been enjoying it thus far!

SHS has handled the entire process really well.

They sold me a gpu, then changed their minds and issued a return while it was still on it’s way, without any communication. Then they refused all attempts to get clarification and didn’t want to honour the sale. Be very careful, this is a company that has no issues with unethical business practices.

edit: First of all, the price was low, but not that low that the average consumer should know it's a mistake, which would be the only legal way you could cancel the purchase. Second of all, I, as a consumer have the right to issue a return, you do not have the right to intercept my order and issue a return in my name. You call it a mistake but don't own up to your mistake at all. and third, now the cards are not new, but repaired to? Another mistake? Like I said, no issue with unethical, and possibly illegal business practices, customers should be aware.

Excellent after sales service: bought a laptop here some 3 years ago for my employer. Recently the screen started flickering. They repaired the issue in one day (an internal cable came loose) at a very reasonable price. That said, the location and the reception are a little awkward: its seems like a kind of permanent garage sale, and there's a lot of warnings on the wall about their no-exchange policy and staying polite. I feel like they try their best for their customers, but are not always able to solve anyone's problems.
