Well, where do I start. First of all I received absolutely wonderful fast service. The 2 men I met were extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had this great of an experience in Aachen. They are very busy, but still had the time for me. Good for me that they spoke good English as my Deutsch is not so good. My machine works perfectly now and I am very happy. I highly recommend Frank Pique and is wonderful little shop.
I got there with a broken coffee machine. I was greeted with a big smile, Mr. Poquè had explained the repair procedure to me very precisely, even though my German is not at a good level, he explained the details to me in English. The customer service was just great, I haven't met such a nice, kind and hearty person in a long time.
Also, my equipment has been repaired and works better than the day I bought it. I also received important tips on caring for my coffee machine.
Mr. Frank Poquè and his team are absolute masters of their profession who deeply care about their customers.
