Nothing. The hotel failed to provide any service at all. A confirmed booking without access to the room is unacceptable.
This property should not be advertised as offering self check-in or emergency support.
Despite informing the hotel in advance about my late arrival, I received no response.
Upon arrival, the self check-in terminal was not working. The emergency phone number was ineffective: when calling it, the reception phone could be heard ringing without anyone answering. The same happened when pressing the emergency button next to the terminal - the call rang and was then disconnected.
The entrance area smelled strongly and unpleasantly, reinforcing the impression of neglect and poor hygiene.
The hotel was completely unreachable. Even Booking.com customer support was unable to contact the property during the night, and the hotel could not be reached the following morning during its publicly stated breakfast hours. This shows a total lack of availability and responsibility toward guests.
Because no access, assistance, or communication was provided, the contracted service was not delivered in any form. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night and arrange alternative accommodation ourselves.
This situation clearly requires a full refund. I strongly advise other guests not to rely on this property, especially if arriving outside reception hours.

The rooms are small. However, the service is excellent. I asked for a lot of things and was always satisfied (within reason, of course). The location is good too. There's a bus stop nearby and a gas station right next door (adjacent to the hotel).
First, upon arrival, we were given a room with no heating and no pillows… Then they moved us to another room without a TV, in a deplorable state. The hotel reeked of cigarettes and hashish. We heard a dog barking all night that lived in one of the rooms. Not to mention the state of the rooms, the bathrooms, and the shared toilets. The sheets are definitely not changed after each guest; in fact, it's obvious from the state of the sheets (hair, blood stains, dust, and a smell). The staff is completely unacceptable!
