Well my experience with this branch is very biased.
I bought a new Samsung A51 and I was happy with the price to quality ratio, but the phone was Lagging, slow and the Ram was always full since day one. I gave the phone a chance and after the last update when things became even worse , I went to the customer service for help and to change or get refunded because I honestly had the worse experience during the first two weeks and as a student I needed my phone as a mobile workstation ( specially in my study field).
But the customer service refused to help me even though they agreed that my phone had a problem. They said that they can't change the phone beyond the first 14 days, but I came one day later and they didn't even try to see the problem! They only told me that they could take the phone for repairs for 3 weeks which is unbelievably a lot considering this is my only device for day to day conversation.
So my experience is bad and sad knowing that MediaMarkt in different countries behave better and try to help their customers and not repulse them , specially in time of needs.
Have a good shopping and be careful.

Usually i don't write reviews, but last experience was terrible!
Went with a pair of Air Pods Gen 3 to warranty: the left airpod was making strange noises (like something was loose inside) when volume was more than 50%.
After 2 weeks of waiting the "repaired" Air Pods arrived...
Went and pick them up. No repair mark on the left one...hmm... let's test --> what a BIG SURPRISE: SAME NOISE!
So the air pods came back as "repaired", but they just kept them for 2 weeks with no repair action / replacement .
GREAT JOB MEDIA MARKT!
This was the last purchase from them! NEVER AGAIN!
A huge shout out for Arnaud at Telecom. He provided invaluable help in a difficult situation.
I was on a motorbike trip on the Ardennes and I lost my phone (now luckily recovered). He helped my find a suitable replacement and provided invaluable information on how to get a sim card and restore my lost communications. Not only, he even helped my return the new phone for a refund once my own was recovered. I could not feel more grateful for what Arnaud did.
