I had a small operation under local anasthesia last March in Site Godinne. Even though it was simple, I was incredibly stressed and afraid. I want to especially thank to lovely nurse Danielle for being very supportive and holding my hand during the whole 15 minutes operation. She talked with me during the operation and tried to distract me. She was speaking English very nicely and believe me it is very difficult to find someone who speaks English in Wallonia. I thank her again being so kind, compassionate and helpful.
Regarding my operation, doctor was very competent and experienced. Overall, I am happy with the experience I had in Godinne. Big thanks again to nurse Danielle.

"Disgracefully run clinic. Waited 1.5 hours past a scheduled gastroscopy in day clinic. When I complained, admin staff were rude and defensive instead of apologetic. Completely unacceptable!"
