Impeccable work, Mélanie is very professional, I always leave delighted with exactly the color I want and with respect for my fine and fragile hair. The extensions are very well installed and hold super well. And what's more, she's adorable and takes great care of her clients, we have a great time 😊

Very unfavorable opinion. I heard about this salon and its micro keratin extensions. First week nothing to say, I spent almost 800€ the first time, after that I started to lose entire strands, and all the mass comes out when I brush. After 15 years of putting in extensions, I told her and obviously it was the brush that wasn't suitable. I went back for highlights and a pouring. She made a small commercial gesture for the pouring 😅 but I had to have highlights put back in and I paid 150€ more. Here we are at 950€. The next day it fell back into my hands!!! Still not her fault. I went back and she gave me 150€ of free highlights. Great gesture. 150€ out of 950€ that she pocketed. Don't trust this person. She doesn't know anything about it and it will be your fault every time.
