We've been complaining about mold in the bathroom for several months now, and I contacted them. Someone came once to take a look, and since then, I haven't heard anything for six months. Their excuse is that there's only one technician or that he's on vacation.

They say they'll call you back, but when they do, it's only once from a blocked number, and then nothing if you miss the call because you're busy and can't call back because they call from a blocked number.

If you saw the state of the bathroom, it would make you cry and get sick.

If we had to do it all over again, we would never have signed this lease. We'd barely moved in when there was a problem with the toilet flush, which took them a few days to fix. And now it's been over a week without hot water. All we've gotten is that we have to wait until August 18th. The company that maintains our boiler is currently on annual leave, and they're not offering us any solution other than to wait and be stuck like this for 25 days. Needless to say, they stopped responding to emails after the lease was signed.

I've never seen Everecity as incompetent as it is in the rental, administrative, or technical departments. It's a huge 0/10.
Their favorite activity is to keep tenants waiting. In exchange for paying rent and utilities, they are forced to ignore any problem.
Every request regarding a repair or administrative issue remains unclear.
Communication between departments for the smooth running of Everecity is almost non-existent, which causes tenants a lot of inconvenience.
I had to wait a month to fully enjoy my accommodation while Everecity sat twiddling its thumbs, not to mention the lack of apologies or empathy from them.
If you were waiting to receive your rental deposit, you can dream. Returning the money is one of their fears. In exchange, they'll send you a rather hefty bill to repair any "damage," as if a beige-painted wall were damage. Anyway, if I'd known what awaited me, I would never have set foot there.
