Service is usually smooth, and it's a blessing that we don't have to drive to Vilvoorde.
Parking has its drawbacks, as you don't always have to park in front of the door, but rather at the back. It's not always easy for someone with limited mobility, especially on or across the bike path.
The municipality doesn't want to designate a disabled parking space in front of the door because it would be too restrictive. A short-term parking space along the road should solve this.

I made an appointment by phone. I arrived on time, and they said I had an appointment in Vilvoorde. I showed them I had actually called the medical center in Elewijt, but without success. I rescheduled my own patients to go there for nothing.
When I call Elewijt, I assume the appointment is in Elewijt, not Vilvoorde, unless they mention it on the phone, which they didn't.

Because it's by appointment only, the reception desk near my home is friendly, but the doctors who call for an EMG are incredibly unfriendly and brutal. I was in excruciating pain in my foot, and she was so brutal that I screamed in pain. I'm not a wimp, though, as I've already undergone 26 major back surgeries and live in pain every day. Those EMG doctors should have more respect for people; I told her what I thought.
