My PC was dropped off two weeks before the holidays. Every time I was given a date, I was told to come back the following Monday, but nothing was repaired. When I left for the holidays, the manager told me to leave him, that he would give me a good price and repair it completely. When I returned for a week and a half, I received no response from the store, not to mention the hundreds of phone calls I made, none of which were answered. When he returned from his "holidays," the PC wasn't even repaired, and he returned it to me as it was. 3 months of wasted time. Avoid this place because:
- Lack of professionalism
- No word
- No apologies
- No response via mobile
- Open whenever they want
- No contact!
