Two hours after I reported the problem, Wouter was at my door to personally pick up the device. Thanks to Nathalie's excellent follow-up, I received a new device. I must say I really appreciate this kind of service and will definitely recommend Wamco to my network.

A used laptop is sold to a 72-year-old computer novice. Some time later, during a video call, it's discovered the camera image is very blurry. Due to the coronavirus and associated lockdowns, my father doesn't immediately return to the store. He initially tries to find a solution himself by buying an external camera online, but the connection is unsuccessful. Your store has also been closed for a month and a half due to renovations. When I (the son) call your store and make a very clear agreement that my father can bring his laptop to the store and that you will look into the problem. I ask twice whether you absolutely will look into the problem without charging any costs, and the laptop is brought in. I call this after-sales service.
Two days later, my father picks up his laptop, and you think nothing better than to charge €25, stating that you also noticed the camera isn't working. Why make clear agreements beforehand if they're not going to be honored anyway? Now the saleswoman says she never mentioned this, while I'm 100% sure she did, and as mentioned before, this was discussed twice.
The conclusion is that you sold a broken laptop to a 72-year-old computer novice in a wheelchair who lives an hour's drive from his children for €250! And now you've made another €25 off it, even though you haven't even addressed the problem.
