Scam !! They charged you a 400€ so-called priority fee in advance. And it's been almost 2 months after the repair (more like a check-up, for 30€) is done, they haven't refunded the rest of the money.

They charged me 40 euro just to analyze each device I brought in to have fixed (I brought 2), with the promise that these 40 euro would go toward the repair costs if there was any. A week later, they call me, I miss the call, and when they call me back, they say one device can't be fixed and the other is already finished. I didn't know how much it would cost or what needed to be done. I did not approve the service, but they did it anyway. Then they charged me 60 euro. So the total repair must have been 100 euro, right? I come to pick it up, bring it home, and it is not fixed at all. Exactly the same as before. I call again and they say there's insurance so they will fix it again for free, of course. Another week and they call me to say they couldn't fix it. They thought it was the thermal paste but that didn't solve the problem, so they can't solve it and what I spent is lost. So changing the thermal paste was 100 euro? Done without my consent? In the end, they changed the thermal paste on one device, made 140 euro and I spent another 40 euro in train rides (cause I had to go there FOUR times, as described) and I have absolutely nothing in return. I spent 180 euro plus hours upon hours going there and both are in the exact same state as they were when I brought them in. They did say my 60 euro (but not any of the other 80 euro I paid) would go towards a next service I do with them (and this was framed as them being nice about it), but what are the chances I'll ever do anything with them again? Zero. Extremely disappointed and angry that I lost this much money for literally absolutely nothing. A huge waste of time and money.
