They STEAL! I accidentally dropped my laptop in a laptop bag and the screen stopped working. I brought it to the Orbit Systems and they repaired it in 30 mins but I received my laptop without some of the screws on the bottom. I have rare laptop and the screws are extremely small and hard to find even in the online shops. They said that no screws have left at their office but that was the first openning of the laptop, so it's not possible to loose them elsewhere. I'm really thankful for the fast service but not for the STEALING, I would never recommend this shop to anyone!

My charger stopped working, and I went there to potentially buy a new one. I've got some good advice and eventually found out that a spare charger of a friend of mine would do the job. In the end, I didn't buy a new charger, but I was happy with the service, hence my review.

I went there 6 yrs ago and wanted to get some of my old files and jpegs on an external drive because I couldn't get access to my old laptop anymore. After years of calling and going back to te store they just came tot the conclusion that they lost my hard drive and never found it back. So not only my hard drive but also my memories are just gone forever. I was really really sad. And they said that the receipt was no guarantee and that they were sorry but couldn't do anything.
