We contacted Jake a few weeks ago regarding an issue we had with our e mails and we needed to move companies quite quickly.
Jake was fantastic from the start and he has seamlessly moved our emails over to himself this weekend, and he also came into the office this Monday to make sure we had no issues when first logging on. We use e mail on more than one device each so it wasn't a quick job.

Jake at Hardwired IT is a true expert in his field. I am not someone who is IT illiterate, but when I click wrong settings it can put my business progress back by hours. With Jake on hand, he is often available at very short notice to come and help me by directly hopping onto my computer and messing with the settings so that I can get work done again.
