⭐ 1/5 — My €1200–1400 laptop was completely destroyed. Avoid this service.

I brought my laptop in after a minor soda spill, asking for basic maintenance only: cleaning, new thermal paste/liquid metal, and fan cleaning.
The technician avoided giving a price for 20 days, then suddenly charged €340, artificially splitting standard procedures into fake “separate services.”

He later tried to make me pay for 10 g of liquid metal and 5 g of thermal paste, even though the real amount needed is:
— 0.1–0.2 g of liquid metal,
— 0.5–1. g of thermal paste.
He attempted to charge me for materials sufficient for 50+ repairs.

After 40 days (a job that normally takes 3–5 days), I received my laptop in a catastrophic condition:

one fan broken and rattling,

the second fan was stolen,

the Power, Windows, and F-keys were broken by the technician,

the chassis was bent and dented,

a cheap non-original bottom cover was installed without my permission,

RAM thermal padding was ripped off,

screws were stripped, missing, or not from my laptop,

the motherboard was not cleaned, thermal paste spilled everywhere, scratches inside,

and the laptop does not turn on anymore — likely a dead motherboard due to his actions.

When I stepped aside for a moment to test the device, the technician literally ran away, leaving me with a completely non-functional laptop.

Conclusion: This is not a repair service — it’s fraud. Components disappear, parts get broken, the chassis is damaged, prices are inflated, and the final result is a destroyed device.

I am now filing an official complaint to hold the technician accountable for his actions.
