The salespeople don't explain everything, they use high-pressure sales tactics, and they make you sign things without even explaining them. Avoid this store; they'll do anything to rip you off (insurance, etc.). We'll never go back to this store.
My sister had money withdrawn from her account without even having paid with that account! It's a disgrace! A total scam.

As for the salespeople, no complaints, they're friendly and go out of their way for the customers. But the company itself... avoid it at all costs!

Five months of waiting for a watch, four months for a phone I'll probably never get.
They charge you between three and six times a month for a bi-monthly subscription... And the after-sales service? Don't even get me started! Unhelpful, unfriendly, and they're incredibly quick to dismiss you!

The salesperson was welcoming but offered a lot of deals that raised serious doubts. When we told them we only wanted the phone, their mood changed, and they rushed us straight to the checkout to quickly close the sale. They even became unpleasant. A woman immediately came over and said, "If you take it, we'll give you €10 off with accessories..." There were a lot of refurbished items; we hoped our purchase would actually be new! 😂

A few days after our visit, we received emails asking us to pay for an insurance subscription, even though we hadn't signed anything...
