I am extremely dissatisfied with their service; this repair shop should be avoided. I went to their workshop to have my phone diagnosed and repaired. After plugging my phone into a power outlet, the technician diagnosed it as repairable, saying that the battery and charging port needed replacing. He said he would order the parts and asked for a €19.90 deposit to place the order. A week later, I received an email and a call informing me that the parts had arrived and that I could pick up my phone. When I arrived at the workshop to collect my phone, I was told that it wasn't repairable, that the problem was with the motherboard, not the battery and charging port. Therefore, I asked what had happened to my deposit, which was supposedly to secure the parts order. I was told that the deposit was for the time spent on my phone, and I thought, "This is a joke." I was told the parts had arrived and I could come pick up my phone, but then it turned out to be beyond repair and I couldn't get my deposit back. Seeing my dissatisfaction, he offered compensation: I could buy a new phone, come back with it, and he would transfer the data from my old phone to the new one. He insisted I buy a refurbished phone from them, offering a payment plan of €126.00 per month in three installments. Sorry, but I couldn't afford that. So, I bought a new phone for less than their refurbished one and went back again to transfer my data to the new phone. This time, a different technician was there that day and told me it was impossible; the old phone had to be working to transfer the data to the new one, and that his colleague was working mornings that week, so I had to come back again in the morning. But that was impossible; I was working. He suggested I come back the following week, which was again impossible because he confirmed that my repair order was valid for three weeks from the date of the first visit (January 17, 2025). So I said I was done. Since I don't have a driver's license, I had to ask my parents to drive me. We went three times, and they asked us to come back a fourth time, and why, for yet another failed attempt?
I just left Auchan with my new iPhone. I wanted to put on a screen protector, and they told me it would be a resin one. Very poor quality; it peeled off the very next day, leaving a greasy residue on the screen… I went somewhere else to get one installed, and for less money too!
The salesperson also told me there would be a discount for a case and screen protector, but in the end, there was no discount on the receipt.
In short, I don't recommend them!
I just left Auchan and I'm very happy. I had a really bad battery problem; it dropped from 20% to 0% in seconds. The part arrived within a week, and my phone was fixed within an hour.
Personally, I recommend them.
