Strongly not recommended! I arrived yesterday with my smartphone screen starting to peel off at the top of the device. This problem had started a week ago and my screen was fully functional. I went to PC-itech for an opinion and a quote for a repair. A first salesperson, very friendly, explained to me that the screen was simply peeled off and that it was enough to reattach it for 40 euros. However, he advised me to claim under the warranty where I had purchased it. In the meantime, this same salesperson "fussed" with my screen and when he returned it to me it no longer turned on. He fussed again and explained to me that it was a "poor contact" tapped and said that it would be fine. I left except that the problem persisted and my screen started to peel off everywhere. So I returned an hour later to explain the problem to another salesperson. He didn't want to do anything to help me and told me that I had to replace my entire screen for 180 euros. So I called a private individual who explained to me that the seller had removed the cable which had created the bad contact. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I find it absurd that a store allows itself to return my product to me in worse condition than when I arrived and does not even take the time to try to fix what they damaged. And especially to first offer me a repair for 40 euros by telling me that my screen is functional then when I return quadruple the price!
