Hello guys,
I don't want to put your rating down on purpose, because I am always satisfied with your service.
However, you have a hospitality issue. Today was 30 degrees and it was really hot outside. I spent over 1300 EUR in your shop. So I asked a guy (seller) in a nice way for a glass of water and the answer was "we have only water for ourselves".
I kept insisting like "hey mate I just spent over thousand euro in your shop" and the answer was "well, these are company rules". So guys, if these are really company rules - please change them. You are not going to go bankrupt if you offer a glass of water to your customer. Just friendly feedback ;)

The best of the best. I had a tragic accident with my old laptop - sneezing all over it while drinking chocolate milk - and many other places said that it was a write-off, that my data was fine, etc.

The computer sadly was gone but Burmex salvaged my data in just two working days and had it on a hard drive for me within a few hours after handing it in.

The service is incredibly impressive and do not hesitate to reach out the them for anything at all, particularly Windows-related.
