I bought a Yamaha AS501 on Amazon, but unfortunately the optical function wasn't working properly. I could have returned it, but I preferred to have it repaired, so I contacted Yamaha customer service, who referred me to GF TRONICS, the authorized service center for Belgium and Luxembourg. The digital board was faulty, and the GF TRONICS team ordered a new one, but I would have had to wait 5 to 6 months. Given the significant delay in obtaining the part, the GF TRONICS team decided to take a digital board from a stock AS501. I thank the entire team for this gesture; I was able to enjoy my amplifier much sooner. I didn't pay a single penny; Yamaha covered everything. 👍👍
Yamaha amp I brought in stayed there for 3 weeks!!
They weren't able to repair it and told me it was irreparable and had too many problems!!
I took it somewhere else and they fixed it in two days and it works like new!!
Avoid at all costs!!!
