Went to fix my girlfriends IPhone 13 pro max which had a totally wrecked screen. The nice shopowner fixed the screen for 110 euro. When we got home we noticed the touchscreen didnt but the display did. We couldnt turn of the phone because the touch didnt work. The next day the phones battery ran out and we went back to the shop. The friendly shopowner immediatly wanted to help us and when we charged the phone in the shop the touch suddenly worked perfectly. The shopowner also replaced the screenprotection for free me and my gf fd up when trying to test the touch. Phone works perfectly now. 10/10 service, good price and friendly personel.

Went to get my laptop repaired, cost 80 euro, wouldn't tell me what the actual repair job was (said it was an issue with the "motherboard and BIOS", wouldn't elaborate), and the laptop stopped working again a few days later. Turns out the repair job was botched, so I had to fix it myself, which was fairly simple even for someone with zero experience; just a clean of the internal hardware, and plugging the battery out and putting it back in. 80 euro for that, which wasn't even done right, is wild. Won't ever be coming back.
